In The Beginning
Well, it all started when I was about 10 years old and I went on my first solo mini-bike ride. A 1967 Honda 50 to be exact, my grandmothers mini-bike believe it or not. That's when I realized that if it had an engine I wanted to to be strapped to it. From there it was a 1967 Hodaka Ace 100, then a 1974 Honda CR 125. I soon made the leap from two wheels to four and the rest is history. I've driven everything from go-carts, motorycycles, sports cars (even a couple of family cars-yes I owned a minivan), classic cars (defined later), jeeps, HUMVEE's, 5-Ton trucks, White School Buses (USMC troop carriers) and hot rods to boats and airplanes. I consider myself very lucky to have driven so many different vehicles. Well, I decided to write about it and see if others were interested in my experiences.
